50-40-30-20-10


Here is a clip of our saturday morning workout.  We warmed up with 30 mins on the treadmill and then headed into the Group Ex room for a series of jump squats and jump rope.  It was hard to jump by the end!  (The sets were 50-40-30-20-10 of both jump squats and jump rope.)
